Why can’t I see my order in my account?Updated 21 days ago

If you can’t see your order in your account, it’s usually due to one of these reasons:

1. The order was placed before creating an account

If you checked out before signing up, the order was processed as a guest order. Guest orders cannot be linked to an account created afterwards, so they won’t appear in your order history.

2. You placed the order without logging in

If you already have an account but forgot to log in during checkout, the order will also be treated as a guest order and won’t show in your account.


How to check your guest order

Even though it won’t appear in your account, you can still track your order:

  • Look for your order confirmation email (this confirms your order was successful).
  • Check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folders.
  • We’ll send updates about your order’s progress via email, so keep an eye out for further notifications.
