Yes, we offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items are returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Items must be in their original saleable condition.

• Some items are ineligible for change of mind returns under the Health and Safety Act, including:

  • Scheduled medicines (prescription)

  • Baby formula

  • Fragrances

  • Clearance items

  • Short-dated items with date displayed

  • Consumable products (e.g., food and drinks)

Change of mind returns must be shipped to us at your own cost.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs (both delivery and return) are not refundable.

Items that do not comply with this policy cannot be refunded.
