How do I track my order?Updated 24 days ago
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
This email will include:
Your unique tracking number
A direct link to the courier’s tracking page
To track your delivery, simply click on the tracking link provided in the email. Alternatively, you may visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number manually to view the latest updates.
Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after dispatch. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active within the courier’s system. If you do not see any updates right away, we kindly ask that you allow some time and check again later.
Please note that if your order is Click & Collect you will receive an email to let you know it is ready to pick up. This email will not contain a tracking link or number.
