How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order?Updated 21 days ago

Click & Collect orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.

If your order has not been collected within this timeframe, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Should we not receive a response within a reasonable period, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

If you require additional time to collect your order, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team as soon as possible to discuss your options.
