Australian Orders
Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post, CouriersPlease or Aramex. A signature may be required upon delivery.
To help ensure successful delivery and avoid delays, please carefully review your order confirmation email to confirm that your shipping address details are correct.
When entering your address, please ensure the following where applicable:
Business Address: Include the registered business name to assist with delivery.
Parcel Locker: Clearly specify “Parcel Locker” along with the allocated locker number.
PO Box: Ensure “PO Box” is clearly stated, followed by the correct box number.
Providing complete and accurate address information at the time of ordering will help prevent delivery delays or returned parcels.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via Australia Post Airmail and, upon arrival in the destination country, are transferred to the local postal service for final delivery.
Once your parcel has arrived in your destination country, you may continue tracking it using your original tracking number via your local postal service’s website for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Timeframes may vary depending on the destination country and any applicable customs clearance processes.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday). We do not dispatch orders on weekends or NSW Public Holidays.
All orders are shipped from our Sydney, NSW warehouse. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.
