How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?Updated 21 days ago

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive both an email and an SMS notification confirming that it is available for pickup.

You may then visit our Click & Collect location at:

3/33 Maddox St, Alexandria, NSW 2015

Collection Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (excluding public holidays)

Parking is available directly in front of the warehouse. Our Click & Collect area is located at the top of the stairs, after entering through the glass doors.

Please ensure you bring a valid photo ID when collecting your order, as this will be required to release your parcel.

If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring:

• A copy of the order confirmation email

• Their valid photo ID
