Domestic Orders
If your order is returned to us, our team will contact you with options of a reshipment or a refund on the items. Please note that reshipments may incur a fee and the postage and handling on your original order may not be refunded. We recommend that you monitor your tracking number via the appropriate tracking website to check the following details:
- whether your order is awaiting collection at a local pick up point
- communicate preferences and clarify delivery details directly with the courier
International Orders
Online orders cannot be reshipped to customers if they have been returned to the sender.
You will not be entitled to a refund for the postage and handling on the order if you do not receive your order due to one of the following:
Your order is not collected, or
Your order is rejected at the border, or
Your order is returned to sender, or
Fees or duties are not paid by you
Certain items may be restricted in your country and may be withheld at the border. We are unable to receive updates regarding these import requirements for your country and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered will be able to clear customs.
