If you need to cancel an order, please contact our team as soon as possible via email or phone with your cancellation request.

We’ll confirm whether your order can be canceled once we review its status. Please note that once an order has entered processing in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If your order cannot be canceled, you may still be eligible to request a return after the order has been delivered.
